Since it's built for one experience at a time, a few thoughtful house notes keep things calm, clean, and running right. Your time is yours One booking is reserved for one guest, and payment is made upfront when you reserve. That window is held with your name on it — no sharing, no overlap, no rush. Towels and water are provided for every service, so you can just show up and settle in. A little before you begin Our Wellness Room is for guests 16 and older. Because the cold plunge, infrared sauna, and hydro massage bed each come with real physical effects, we ask everyone to complete a quick health and safety acknowledgment before their first session. If you're pregnant, managing a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or recovering from a recent surgery or injury, please check with your doctor first — and if anything ever feels off during a service, stop and let us know. Your wellbeing always comes before the countdown clock. Running a few minutes behind? It happens, and we'll always do our best to welcome you in. Just know that a late arrival may mean a shorter session so we can honor the next guest's reserved time, and sessions can't be extended or refunded for a late start. Arriving a few minutes early is the easiest way to enjoy every minute you booked. Need to make a change? Life happens, and we get it. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session and we'll take care of it — a full refund or a fresh time, no fuss. Cancellations inside that 24-hour window, along with no-shows, are non- refundable, since that time was being held just for you Thank you!
