One session, all four modalities, no commitment. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light booth, and hydro massage bed — the room is yours for your reserved time. Best for hotel guests, first-timers, and anyone curious whether cold water is genuinely worth the fuss.
Cancellation Policy
Running a few minutes behind? It happens, and we'll always do our best to welcome you in. Just know that a late arrival may mean a shorter session so we can honor the next guest's reserved time, and sessions can't be extended or refunded for a late start. Arriving a few minutes early is the easiest way to enjoy every minute you booked. Need to make a change? Life happens, and we get it. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session and we'll take care of it — a full refund or a fresh time, no fuss. Cancellations inside that 24-hour window, along with no-shows, are non- refundable, since that time was being held just for you Thank you!
